- Free Ground Shipping: Available within the contiguous US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
- Expedited Shipping: We subsidize rates to help make them affordable. Options will be provided at checkout—select the one that best suits your needs.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories Shipping: Due to higher carrier cost, we offer the following flat rate shipping for Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): Orders under $200: $20: Orders $200 and above: $35
- Processing Time: For instock items, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your items ship.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase.
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.
- Return Fee: A flat-rate return shipping fee of $8 applies to domestic US returns.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, excluding any original shipping charges.
- Eligibility: We accept returns for items purchased directly through our website. If you purchased from a retail partner, please consult the location of your original purchase.
- Processing Time: Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return and refund.

Most brands stop covering them long before that, maybe because they know how hard they are to care for well with current duvet cover frustrations. But that's what our design is meant to fix. That’s why we back our comforters and zippers with our Built to Last Promise, a 10-year commitment to quality, ease of use, and durability that helps reduce waste where possible and keep bedding out of landfills.
What's Covered
We offer a 10-year limited warranty on:
- Duvet inserts (comforters) including seams, stitching, and fill integrity
- Zippers on all duvet cover panels
This coverage applies to manufacturing defects only — things like zipper failure, seam separation, or issues with construction that arise with normal use.
How it Works
If something goes wrong within 10 years of purchase due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right — usually through repair, and in some cases, replacement. We aim to keep your pieces in use, not in the landfill.
Here’s what to expect:
- Email us at support@downforgood.co with your order number, a photo, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will assess the best solution — whether that’s a quick fix, a repair, or a replacement.
- We’ll guide you through the next steps (and cover the return shipping if it’s on us).
Why Repair First?
Repairing instead of replacing helps reduce unnecessary waste and keeps your bedding in rotation longer. Our modular system was built for flexibility, and this approach helps keep it sustainable too.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (like fading, minor pilling, or cosmetic wrinkles)
- Damage from improper care (like hot dryer cycles, bleach, or overstuffed machines)
- Stains, spills, or pet-related accidents
- Damage from modifications or unauthorized repairs
Policy Amendments
We reserve the right, in our sole and exclusive discretion, to amend, modify, or terminate this Policy at any time, for any or no reason, with or without notice to you. Changes will become effective as of the date of posting.
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges, at our sole and exclusive discretion, for any or no reason, including, without limitation, those returns that would otherwise violate our Terms of Service.
