• Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories Shipping:  Due to higher carrier cost, we offer the following flat rate shipping for Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): Orders under $200: $20: Orders $200 and above: $35
• Processing Time: For instock items, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your items ship.
• International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship internationally.

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.
• Return Fee: A flat-rate return shipping fee of $8 applies to domestic US returns.  
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, excluding any original shipping charges.
• Eligibility: We accept returns for items purchased directly through our website. If you purchased from a retail partner, please consult the location of your original purchase.
• Processing Time: Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return and refund.

We offer a 5-year limited warranty on:

• Zippers on all duvet cover panels
• Duvet inserts (comforters) including seams, stitching, and fill integrity

This coverage applies to manufacturing defects only — things like zipper failure, seam separation, or issues with construction that arise with normal use.

If something goes wrong within 5 years of purchase due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right — usually through repair, and in some cases, replacement. We aim to keep your pieces in use, not in the landfill.

Here’s what to expect:

1. Email us at support@downforgood.com with your order number, a photo, and a description of the issue.
2. Our team will assess the best solution — whether that’s a quick fix, a repair, or a replacement.
3. We’ll guide you through the next steps (and cover the return shipping if it’s on us).

Repairing instead of replacing helps reduce unnecessary waste and keeps your bedding in rotation longer. Our modular system was built for flexibility, and this approach helps keep it sustainable too.

• Normal wear and tear (like fading, minor pilling, or cosmetic wrinkles)
• Damage from improper care (like hot dryer cycles, bleach, or overstuffed machines)
• Stains, spills, or pet-related accidents
• Damage from modifications or unauthorized repairs

We reserve the right, in our sole and exclusive discretion, to amend, modify, or terminate this Policy at any time, for any or no reason, with or without notice to you. Changes will become effective as of the date of posting.

Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges, at our sole and exclusive discretion, for any or no reason, including, without limitation, those returns that would otherwise violate our Terms of Service.
